One bedroom apartment in midtown west close to Times Square
|
This is a one-bedroom apartment on the fifth floor of a walk-up, no elevator Tenement building in Manhattan's Theater District, also called Clinton.
The apartment is about 450 square feet and includes a living room, eat-in kitchen and bedroom.
The living room is furnished with a pullout sofa, a TV with cable, VCR, a DVD player and a radio. There are two windows facing out to the street. There is an a/c in the kitchen that also cools the living room.
There is a separate kitchen with a table and chairs. The kitchen includes a refrigerator, stove and coffee maker. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.
The bathroom has a w/c, small tub/shower and sink with vanity.
The bedroom is furnished with a full sized bed and a desk. There is one window that looks out to an interior courtyard.
The apartment is located near Times Square. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the area. Most famous Broadway Theaters are in this area, which makes it very busy and lively 24 hours a day. Main subway lines are just a few minutes away at 7th Avenue, 8th Avenue and Broadway.
