Luxurious one bedroom apartment in a highrise building in Midtown East
This is a model apartment. It reflects both the quality and the style of the apartments we offer at this location. The individual apartments are a variation of this one with some differences in layout and exposure.

This one bedroom apartment is located on 46th Street between Second and Third Avenues in a highrise building with full time doorman and 24 hour attended front desk. There are laundry facilities in the lower lobby, a gym, a business center with computer work stations, a lounge with high speed internet access as well as unlimited starbucks' coffee and tea. All guests have access to a terrace on the ground floor with café seating and zen garden.

All apartments in this building have balconies except for the ones on the 2nd and 3rd floor and have hardwood floors.

The living room is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, a cable TV with DVD player, a dining table with 2 chairs and a telephone.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances such as a fridge with freezer compartment, a microwave, a four gas burners with oven and a dishwasher. Toaster, coffee maker are also provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a king bed, a telephone and a TV with cable. A rollaway bed can be added upon request for a third person for an extra charge.

The bathroom is equipped with washbasin, a medicine cabinet, a hairdryer, and a bath with shower head.

There are several closets available in the apartment to store the belongings. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom and the living room.

Additional concierge services as well as parking facilities offered upon request and at extra cost.
