This apartment is lcoated ont he fourth floor of a walk-up building in the Lower East Side between Houston and Dleancy Streets. The apartment for rent is small but well laid out ot maximise the space. There is a loft bed with a full sized matress up about 5 steps, a sofa, TV and two windows int eh living room. The kitchen is open to the living room and includes a toaster, microwave, sink and refergerator. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utencils. The bathroom has a tub/shower, w/c and sink. The apartment is located in a trendy section of the Lower East Side where many new clubs, resteraunts and bars have opened. The neighborhood is close to the F train, as well as a short walk to SOHO, Williamsburg and The Village.
