One bedroom apartment in Midtown West
|
This is a one-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor at 49th street. The Building has an elevator and the laundry is on the same floor right next to the apartment.
There is a fully equipped kitchen on you right if you enter the apartment. You can find there a microwave, oven, refrigerator, freezer and a dishwasher.
There is a small closet in the hallway right next to the bathroom with red marble, a bathtub, a sink and a w/c.
The big bright living room has a couch, TV, stereo and a/c. There is also a dining table for four. The big window front is facing the south to a quiet street. The furniture of the apartment is modern and very bright.
Connected to the living room is the big, bright bedroom with a very huge closet and a Queen sized bed. You can enter here the terrace, which is facing the small street to the south.
There is hardwood floor in the whole apartment.
The location of the apartment is very central. You can find a lot of supermarkets, delis, shops and restaurants. Just a few walking minutes away you can reach Times Square and the Broadway. There is the C and E train just two blocks away. At Times Square you can reach the A,C,E,1,2,3,9,N,Q,R,W trains.
