The studio we rented for 2 weeks in Harlem, at 118th st. was clean, comfortable, and practical. The owners were friendly, helpful and accommodating. We were delighted to discover the northern part of Central Park which is more rustic, makes for fabulous walks. Overall, a very nice experience. |

I enjoyed greatly the accommodations [Uptown, New York] this past August. It was central to everything, (stores, shopping etc.) The apartment was great and the owners were wonderful in their accommodation for the twelve days I was there.
I hope to maybe use the same vacation rental next year is possible, for a longer stay!

I would recommend this to anyone and would do a short term apartment rental over a hotel stay any day |

I was completely satisfied with my stay. I felt like the agents at New York Habitat as well as the owner were very helpful and accessible. The apartment [in Harlem] was clean, comfortable and safe. Before I arrived I was a little uneasy because I've never done a short term vacation rental rental, but once I arrived at the apartment I was at ease. I would recommend this to anyone and would do a short term apartment rental over a hotel stay any day. Thank you. |

The apartment was really great, we have nothing wrong to say. The services of New York Habitat were very efficient, it didn't take a long time to get a vacation rental and this is really appreciable. The owner of the flat was also very nice and helpful.

It was a very different experience of New York and definitely much nicer than just staying in a hotel or hostel. |

I and my sister stayed at apartment #12309 for a week. We really enjoyed staying in this cozy vacation rental. It was a very different experience of New York and definitely much nicer than just staying in a hotel or hostel. It made the trip special.
The hosts were very nice and kind, we will certainly recommend this apartment and NY Habitat to our friends, family and colleagues. |
