Studio without kitchen in Harlem
|
This private studio is located in Harlem in a renovated brownstone apartment building.
The apartment to rent is on the ground floor located down about 5 steps from the street.
The apartment has one large living room area and a bathroom. There is no kitchen.
The living room is furnished with a queen-sized bed,a TV with cable and a VCR and a DVD player, and storage in a dresser and closets. There is a table.
BE AWARE that the futon bed on the pictures is not in the apartment anymore.
The bathroom includes marble tile lots of light, a tub/shower, w/c and sink with vanity. Towels are provided. Iron, ironing board and hair dryer are also available.
There are basic kitchen items including a refrigerator, coffee maker, hot water heater, a microwave, plates, cups, silverware and glasses.
The apartment is conveniently located in Harlem just 2 blocks from the 2,3 trains at 116th Street and Lenox Avenue. The neighborhood has seen the development of several nice restaurants and most of the brownstones on the block have been renovated. Also, Central Park is just 8 blocks to the south.
