This fully furnished loft apartment is located on Broadway in NoHo, a neighborhood in lower Manhattan, New York. The apartment is on the 11th floor of a refurbished industrial building with an elevator. An intercom/buzzer system secures the apartment, and video camera is linked to a monitor in the kitchen which allows you to see all visitors who arrive at the building door. This building includes the convenience of laundry facilities. At 1400 square feet, this apartment is much larger than most in Manhattan. This loft features hardwood floors, high ceilings and an incredible skylight. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and coffeemaker. This accomodation also includes wireless Internet, cable television and air-conditioning. In addition to the queen size bed and single size beds, this accommodation has a queen size and a single size air mattress. The living room has two large windows with eastern exposure, offering views of Manhattan rooftops and bridges.
