This one bedroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a brownstone in Harlem. The apartment has its own private backyard.
The living room is furnished with a queen size sofa bed, which sleeps two people. There is a coffee table, television set with cable channels and VCR player.
The bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed and a single bed. There is a dresser and a closet. Linens are provided.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, an extra shower, w/c and a sink. Towels are provided.
The kitchen is open into the living room area and is equipped with all necessary items to cook.
This apartment is in central Harlem and therefore near major subway stations, near Marcus Garvey's Park and many shops, supermarkets and restaurants.
Harlem is an historical neighborhood with many attractions, such as the Apollo Theater, which is a few blocks away from the apartment. Also, you can experience the tasty soul food in the restaurants in the area, as well as gospel singing on Sunday morning mass at any local church. There is a shopping area on 125th Street, full of stores, bars, restaurants and movie theaters. Also, you can visit the famous Harlem Market where you can find lots of nice and interesting ethnic items and gifts.
