Luxury Studio in Fort Greene, Brooklyn

This studio apartment is located on the 11th floor of a pre-war, elevator, luxury building in Fort Greene, Brooklyn.
The apartment is furnished with a queen size bed, a dining table with four chairs, a television set with DVD player and basic cable channels. The kitchen is open and equipped with basic items to cook. Linens and towels are provided. The bathroom is tiled with marble and is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink.
An iron, ironing board and hair dryer are available in the apartment for your convenience.
There are oversized windows with lots of light and exquisite views of New York Harbor, Brooklyn and Manhattan.
The building is equipped with a laundry facility, common roof terraces with incredible views.
Within walking distance you'll find MetroTech Center, the Brooklyn Academy of Music, and the proposed arena for the new Brooklyn Nets. Wander down the road and spend the afternoon at the Brooklyn Museum, the Brooklyn Botanical Gardens, the Children Museum, play tennis at the courts in Ft. Greene Park or enjoy concerts when the weather permits it.
Transportation: The Atlantic Avenue / Pacific Avenue Train station, NYC's third-largest mass transit hub with 10 subway lines and the LIRR is right outside this building.
