One Bedroom Apartment in Harlem

This apartment is located on a residential street right accross from Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem. It is a two bedroom apartment, but only one room is set up as a bedroom and the second one is set up as a studio and storage room. From this room there is access to a balcony in the back of the townhouse.
The living room is furnished with contemporary designer sofa, dining table with chairs and bench, lamps and leather chairs. There is a flat screen television with cable channels, DVD, VCR and CD players.
The kitchen is open into the living room through a window and is fully equipped with all necessary items to cook.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath tub with shower, w/c and sink. Towels are provided.
The bedroom is furnished with a modern queen size bed, closet, television with cable channels and VCR player. Linens are provided.
This part of Harlem is very animated and multicultural. It is in complete change and a lot of new buildings and stores have been built the last few years. Harlem's rich history contributes to its prominence and attraction today. The neighborhood is known for its world-renowned jazz clubs such as the Apollo Theater and the Cotton Club. The Marcus Garvey Memorial Park right accross the street offers some greenery and a large public swimming pool. A walk on 125th Street or down Broadway offers a wide assortment of bookstores, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.
