This apartment is located on a residential street right accross from Marcus Garvey Park in Harlem. It is a two bedroom apartment, but only one room is set up as a bedroom and the second one is set up as a studio and storage room. From this room there is access to a balcony in the back of the townhouse.

Harlem's rich history contributes to its prominence and attraction today. The neighborhood is known for its world-renowned jazz clubs such as the Apollo Theater and the Cotton Club. The Marcus Garvey Memorial Park right accross the street offers some greenery and a large public swimming pool. A walk on 125th Street or down Broadway offers a wide assortment of bookstores, grocery stores, shops and restaurants.
