Nice and comfortable apartment [in Queens], recent construction. [Nice owner]. Just a little problem with the Internet connection and TV reception. |

My/our [Long Island City] apartment was excellent! It was new and had all the equipment necessary for a one week stay or longer. Also the location was quite good despite the heavy traffic. Excellent subway connections to everywhere. |

We had a great time in NYC and the apartment we rented through New York Habitat was very well furnished and very convenient yet a little bit noisy. |

We are very satisfied with the [Queens] apartment, the greeting and the [hospitality] of the owner. |

[...] The apartment itself was in a great location [in Queens] - you don't do it justice on your website. It is meters from Queensboro [Plaza] subway, in a safe neighborhood, has 3 lines running to Manhattan and all the sights are just a handful of stops away. The apartment grants roof access which offers spectacular views both day and night, and the security on the front desk are charming and helpful. |
