Studio apartment with terrace on the Upper West Side

The entrance of the building is secured with two doors and intercom.
The studio has one bathroom and one open kitchen.
It is furnished with a single sized bed, an aero mattress, an armchair, two chairs and a small foldable table. It is equipped with cable TV, DVD player and stereo. It has one window facing the street and one window facing buildings. Linen is provided.
The kitchen is open and includes a fridge with freezer, microwave oven, gas stoves, traditional oven and coffee maker.
The bathroom includes a w/c, shower tub, sink and skylight. Towels are provided.
Opposite side of the studio entrance is a door to a rooftop with a ladder leading to a private terrace.
The apartment is located on the fifth floor of a five stories pre-war building on the Upper West Side. The neighborhood has a rich variety of restaurants, outdoor cafes, international grocery stores and a flea market every weekend. The apartment is in walking distance of many major New York cultural institutions, including, the American Museum of Natural History and the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. The Metropolitan Museum is just across Central Park. Central Park West and Riverside Park are two blocks away.
Transportation: 1, 2 trains to 79th Street, A, B, C trains to 81st Street.
