This apartment is ideally located less than a block from Prospect Park and a short walk to the F metro station so that you can enjoy all the best both Brooklyn and Manhattan have to offer.

The living room features a queen size sofa bed, television with cable programming, DVD player, a piano, and 3 large windows. It opens into a parlor that connects to the open dining room.

The dining room offers a dining table, fireplace, and windows with garden view. There is a A/C window unit for summer. There is a countertop partially separating the dining room from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave oven, coffee maker and even an ice cream maker!

From the kitchen you can exit the glass door into a private wooden terrace overlooking the garden. Stairs from the terrace lead you down to a garden with a table and chairs.

Upstairs, Bedroom 1 offers a queen size bed, a love seat and chair, 3 large windows, and television with DVD and cable programming. An A/C window unit is available for summer. Bedroom 2 offers a single size bed with additional single size trundle bed (stored underneath). The bedroom has 2 windows and a computer for your use. An A/C window unit is available for summer. Bedrooms 1 and 2 are connected by a large dressing room, but there are doors for privacy.

Bedroom 3 has a window with street view, but no bed at the moment.

The study room provides an office space with computer and an window with garden view. Wifi Internet is also available throughout the apartment.

There is an additional 4th bedroom available upon request on the lower level. This bedroom has a separate entrance accessible from the street. This entrance is shared with a tenant who occupies another apartment on the same floor. The bedroom features a queen size sofa bed, 3 large windows, and a large desk with computer.

Complementary cleaning is provided 1 time per week.

PLEASE NOTE that a cat lives in the apartment. The owner prefers guests who will feed this independent, low-maintenance cat 2 times per day. The cleaner takes care of the litter box.
