I take few minutes to give my opinion about my apartment rented from 23/10/2009 to 31/10/2009. First I Appreciated all the transactions With New York Habitat; everything has been ok: no surprise with the cost, no surprise with the contact. I am more and more confident with your services.
Then I appreciated your presentation on the net. The vacation rental was exactly what I have seen on your presentation.
You can be sure that I will recommend your services to my friends.
For the vacation rental, everything was that expected:
The area was very quiet, and the apartment well placed. Subway and
restaurant not far.
The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped.
The owner greeted us very well and let us the apartment very clean.
So I suppose I will come back in New York with your services. |

Everything has been easy with New York Habitat: no problems and quick solutions if so.
The flat was perfect for a few days "en amoureux". We have appreciated listen[ing] to the CD's of the owner and especially the sound of Blondie recorded in the NY in the 80's! [The Chelsea vacation rental] was like staying at a friend's flat. It was well situated also. |

This apartment is perfect for a New York stay, most of all for a couple. Very comfortable, the owner is very nice and makes you feel very free, as if you were on your own home. It has everything you need to cook and stay indoor.
In fact, my companion went sick and we had to stay home for a few days home... it wasn't that bad because we founded ourselves very comfortable at the vacation rental and a very nice supermarket is located just in front of the building. The location it's great , very close to the Columbus circle, so near to Central Park... We really loved [this vacation rental]. I hope I will be able to stay at the same apartment my next time in New York, this summarizes it all.... |
