Studio apartment in Clinton (Midtown West)
|
This apartment is located in Clinton (Hell's Kitchen). It is on the Sixth floor of a postwar building with elevator and security system.
Enter the apartment with wooden floors throughout; there is on the right hand the bathroom with shower/tub, w/c and sink with vanity.
The apartment is approximately 300 square feet. One wall is exposed Brick. In the center of the apartment is a full-size bed next to two windows facing the back. There is also a double sized pull out sofa available. There is a spacious closet and a chest of drawers available to store clothes. Next to the bed is TV, Cable, VCR and DVD player. There is a desk with a computer with dial-up access to the internet. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, sink and stove. Cooking utensils and coffeemaker are provided. The furniture type is a mixture of contemporary and modern. There are four windows in the living room one of which has an air conditioner.
There are lots of restaurants and bars along Ninth Avenue. The next subway Station is on 50th Street and Eighth Avenue ( A, C, E). The building has clean hallways and an elevator. The apartment is located not far from the Hudson River and also a short walk from Times Square and Columbus Circle.
