This is a spacious one bedroom loft apartment in the West Village section of Manhattan between 12th Street and Jane Street. It has an area of approximately 1600 square feet and it sleeps two people.
The apartment is located on the third floor of a prewar building with a security system.
The living room in this New York apartment has two white sofas, and four windows that keep the place very bright. There is a coffee table in between the two sofas, and the walls are painted snowy white, and the floors are nicely polished hardwood. The bedroom has a double size mattress and two compact nightstands with lamps. There is a bookcase against the wall, and for entertainment there is a television with VCR. The kitchen in this apartment has a microwave oven, a small refrigerator/freezer, a four-burner stove with oven, and dry food storage space. The bathroom is tiled in black. There is a bathtub with shower, sink, and a toilet. Towels are provided.
The West Village is an area where local residents, students, and business professionals reside side by side and enjoy all the neighborhood has to offer. Historically there are many landmark buildings such as The Little School House, famous jazz clubs such as the Blue Note, S.O.B's and land mark coffeehouses such as Dante and Café Reggio. Washington Square Park world renowned with its hippies, students, artists and local characters, is within walking distance. This indeed is an area where you'll marvel at the energy, excitement and the electricity in the air.
