The size of the apartment was just perfect. |

We were very pleased with the service provided by Emilya. She was attentive and diligent in trying to find a place with some particular
features, no stairs. My wife had knee surgery recently and can't manage more than just a few stairs. In addition, we wanted a two bedroom or large one bedroom apartment, since our adult son stayed with us, for just one of the four nights we stayed at [the vacation rental in Upper West Side]. The size of the vacation rental was just perfect.
Moreover, the price was right for our budget, especially considering that the week we were there was one of the busiest of the year.
Finally, Emilya completed the final details and monitored the situation, even as she was on a holiday herself in Europe.
We appreciate the good service and will recommend New York Habitat to our friends. |

What a great find you guys are!
The apartment was exactly as represented and the owners were very accommodating and easy to work with. The per night expense was far less for our family of 7 than hotel rooms in
New York would have been.
