New York Accommodation - 1 Bedroom Rental in Upper West Side (NY-5040)

The [Upper West Side] apartment was fine, and [the owner] was a good host.

My experience with the [New York] apartment and the owner was a pleasant one. The owner was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us where everything was kept.

The location was excellent and I have already reccommended your services to my friends and family. I would use this service again in the future.

We stayed in [this vacation rental in] Central Park West New York. The apartment is great, spacious, nice view and balcony and decor. The owner is great too, helpful and co-operative.

We enjoyed staying at [the apartment in] Central Park West. It was an easy walk to the Metropolitan, Guggenheim and Natural History museum. The access to the subway and bus lines was great. We had easy access to all areas of Manhattan and the immediate neighborhood was great (how can one go wrong with Zabar's so close!)
The apartment was roomy and had almost everything we needed (we were there when the temps were unseasonably 95-100 - so a bit more reliable AC would have been good but thankfully the overhead fans kept the air moving). Our host was great, she was concerned and responsive - really quite delightful. Would rent again.

I would express my satisfaction about the apartment I rented: the owner was very kind and lovely and the apartment was beautiful, clean and comfortable, near the metro station and with a nice view on Central Park.

The apartment is perfect for two and the neigborhood is very quiet, in front of Central Park. The only problem is that itīs a little long way away from center but the sub is very near and in 15 minutes you arrive to Times Sq.

The owner of the apartment is a very nice person.

I did not personally stay in the apartment a coworker did. He said it was like staying at his grandmothers. That was a compliment. I will use your service again and try and book early for a more central location. Thanks.

The apartment was in a good location, very close to several major Subway and bus stops and was very quiet in the building, apartment itself and the neighbourhood. The apartment was very comfortable and was clean, in good condition and we felt very much at home. The location on the park was excellent and it was possible to walk to the
Metropolitan Museum of art in about 30 mins [...]

We were very happy with your selection of a vacation rental for us. The owner was gracious and helpful. Her apartment was beautifully located overlooking Central Park, 2 blocks from the subway, and on the 10th floor. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. It was filled with antiques and art and books and magazines. Some might not like it because it was so crowded with these items and furniture. However, we found it comfortable and homey.

This apartment is very well located at 100th Street and Central Park West. It is convenient to the subway and buses and is right next to the park.

The views across the park are sensational. The building is very well kept up with landscaped gardens, clean lobbies and good elevators.

The decorating in the apartment is exceptional, although it might not be everyone's cup of tea. It is an eclectic mix of country french, folk art, modern art, with Asian and African accents. The bold use of mirrors makes the apartment feel very expansive.

The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen is well equipped, but snug.
There was adequate heat, and the balcony would be great at a warmer time of year.

The owner is charming, and was extremely helpful. Business affairs went smoothly.

My wife and I were delighted with the apartment and more particularly, the owner [of the vacation rental]. Our whole experience was enhanced by the delightful apartment and location. We will certainly be recommending this to our friends.
