This is a spacious one bedroom apartment with an space of 1000 sq. ft. It is located on the 22nd floor of a high-rise building in the Lincoln Square area just two blocks from the 1 and 9 trains. The apartment is a comfortable and inviting place where you feel practically at home. The interior has all eastern exposed windows and tastefully done fully furnished with modern furniture. When you walk through the door, you see the the living room with an area of 350 sq. ft. ; there is a sofa and a love seat, with a cocktail table in the middle with a nice black and white carpet matching perfectly with the colors of the rest of the furniture. The dinning area opens up to the living room giving the general appearance of a much larger space, is also seats four persons, the place looks very bright with large Eastern facing windows. The bedroom is 350 sq. ft. with a queen size bed completely furnished with an entertainment center that includes a TV and stereo; a night table and a dresser with five drawers. To the right side of the main entrance there is a modern kitchen with a microwave oven, a full size refrigerator, a dishwasher, a coffeemaker and all the cooking and eating utensils that someone may need. The tiled bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. This is the Lincoln Center area; so theater lovers take note! Transportation is easy and quick to and from the area with subway just two blocks away, taxis can be hailed anytime of the day or night. The building has a fulltime doorman, an elevator and is a laundry facility.
