Location: New York City, Midtown East, East 57th Street at Third Avenue Size: This two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with an area of 1,350 square feet. Building: This prewar building with an elevator has a 24-hour doorman. The unit is on the 14th floor, facing east and north. Interior: This is a spacious and beautifully furnished apartment in a contemporary style. All floors are hardwood and there is plenty of closet space. The first bedroom has a king-size bed, a large dresser, a TV with cable and an air conditioner. It is connected to a bathroom containing a tub/shower with a glass door, a sink with a vanity and a W/C. The second bedroom has two double size beds, perfect to sleep kids. The room has a spacious closet and a dresser as well as a window air conditioner. The second bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower, WC and a sink. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and dishwasher and all of the necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The living room is quite large and includes a queen-sized pullout sofa bed, a stereo, a TV with cable and a VCR. There is also a dining area that includes a table with four chairs. There is plenty of room for the tenant to store clothes and documents. This is a non-smoking apartment. Services that could be provided upon request for an extra fee: daily maid service, room service (there are several restaurants in the neighborhood who deliver), theatre tickets, concierge services and much more. Neighborhood: Midtown East is a nice area, within short walking distance to Central Park and the Madison. There are several restaurants in the immediate area. Transportation: Subway 4,5,6,N,R,W at Lexington Avenue and 59th Street.
