Spacious two bedroom apartment
|
This spacious, two-bedroom apartment is located on 120th Street between Lenox and Fifth Avenue. It is situated on the second floor of a brownstone building. The apartment measures approximately 1,200 square feet and sleeps up to four people.
The nicely decorated living room is furnished with a sofa bed, a television and a stereo. In front of the two large windows there is an upright piano and a little dining area with a table and two chairs. The open kitchen is provided with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of cooking utensils.
The first bedroom in the front of the building has a queen-sized bed and a large closet. The second bedroom, which is at the back of the building, has a queen-sized bed as well. There is enough closet space to store personal belongings. Sheets and towels are provided.
The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and toilet.
Harlem is a neighborhood in a transition stage and is becoming more and more popular. Many of the areas in Harlem have become quite desirable because of the style and the size of the apartments. This apartment is located in a residential street with similar brownstone buildings. There are a lot of convenience shops in this area. The subway is on 116th Street; it takes approximately 15 minutes to get to Columbus Circle.
