Nice two bedroom in Midtown East
|
Location: New York City- Midtown East at East 57th Street at Third Avenue.
Size: 2-bedroom apartment with an area of 1350 square feet. Two bathrooms with tubs.
Building: In a 24-hr prewar doorman building with elevator. Unit is on 3rd floor, facing East and North.
Interior: Spacious, and beautiful furnished apartment in a contemporary style. All floors are hardwoods. There several closet spaces. There are two bedrooms: one of them has a king size bed and the other one has two double size beds. Linens and towels, pot and pans provided. There is a color TV and stereo in the living room. There is a queen-sized pullout sofa bed in the livingroom. There is plenty of room for the tenant to store clothes.
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Services that could be provided upon request for an extra fee: daily maid service, room service (there are several restaurants in the neighborhood who deliver), theatre tickets, concierge services and much more.
Neighborhood: Midtown East is a nice area, within short walking distance to Central Park and the Madison. There are several restaurants in the immediate area.
Transportation: Subway 6 at Lexington Avenue and 59th Street. Busses at the Avenues. Taxis around.
