The apartment we stayed in far exceeded all expectations. The location was
brilliant. The vacation rental itself was lovely and spacious, and very well
appointed. The owner [of the vacation rental] was extremely friendly and made us feel very welcome. We definitely want to stay there again when we return to New York City.
Also, the booking process was quick and efficient. The employee i dealt with
(Christophe) was very helpful & professional and responded quickly to both
my application and all further queries.

The apartment was great. Excellent location. Clean, spacious. Good facilities. Shame we had no control over the heating (but at least there was air con :-) ). vacation rental owner very helpful and accommodating. Would rent from her again any time.
Also impressed by service received from [New York Habitat vacation rental agent]. Helpful and reassuring at early stages of booking when we weren't sure we'd get the accommodation we wanted.

with the owner although we had minimal contact once the keys were handed over.
