One bedroom apartment in Chelsea.

This amazing loft is located in Chelsea and is approximately 3000 square feet. It has a great view of the impressing Empire State Building and is located on the 12th floor of a 'locked elevator' building.
You enter the apartment straight into the very spacious living room, which is very bright because of the large windows. It has a vibrant mixture of different styles of artwork.
The apartment is fully furnished in a very modern way. There are three sofas to make yourself comfortable. There is a large wooden dinning table with its matching chairs.
Apartment can sleep 4 persons comfortably.
The bedroom, which is separated from the living room, has a queen-size bed. It has skylights. There will be enough closet space provided.
There is a big open kitchen right. It is fully equipped with a refrigerator, freezer, a microwave, a gas stove and a dishwasher. Many oak-front cabinets ensure that kitchenware can be stored neatly.
The master bathroom has white tiled walls and contains all the bathroom necessities: a bathtub and shower, sink and a toilet. Towels are also provided. The second bathroom has a shower.
For your convenience, there are laundry facilities (washer and dryer) in the apartment. Residents enter the building using their own key and visitors gain access through an intercom system.
The other part of the apartment is a large studio space which could be used has a second bedroom, there is a desk, a queen size sofa bed and a double sofa bed.
Chelsea has become the new, coolest neighborhood in Manhattan, yet remains comfortable without too much noise and too many tourists. Great shopping, markets restaurants, coffee- houses, cinemas, off-Broadway theater, Chelsea Piers Sports & Recreation complex, and a diverse nightlife. Walking distance to Greenwich Village, Lower Fifth Avenue, Penn Station, and the Hudson River. The Flatiron building is just three blocks away.
The apartment is very easy to access with the 1 or 9 trains on 28th Street and 7th Avenue.
