Cute One Bedroom between Montmartre & Opera

One bedroom apartment near Montmartre, situated Rue Condorcet between Rue Rodier and Rue des Martyrs. This 28m2 one bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 19th century building. It is facing East and West and can accommodate two people. The layout is as follows: the entry opens to the living room and the open kitchen, on the left is the bathroom and the separate WC and in the back is the bedroom. The decor is mostly modern. The stylish 11m2 living room is furnished with a brown double sofa bed, a small coffee table, a closet and a phone. The walls are yellow painted and there is hardwood floors. There is one window with a peaceful view on the roof of the facing building. The open eat in kitchen is equipped with a table with three chairs, two electric burners, a microwave, a coffee maker, a small refrigerator/freezer. There are closets containing the necessary kitchen utensils. The 9m2 bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a cable TV and VCR, and a window. There is also a chest. The bathroom has a bathtub with shower, a sink and a washing machine. The walls are off white with white tiles and there is a window. Toilets are separate. This street has restaurants and cafes, some fashion shops, a bakery, a butchery, and a supermarket, is very close to Place du Tertre with its numerous artists working in the open air, and the Sacre Coeur (Sacred Heart Basilica) built with private funds only. In about five metro station distance are the Champs Elysees, the Opera, and the Louvre Museum. The closest subway station is Poissoniere (Line 7) Anvers (line 2) and Notre Dame de Lorette (line 12).
