Studio Rue Chevallier de la Barre Between Parc de la Turlure and Sacré Coeur

Situated between Parc de la Turlure and Sacred Heart basilica , in a calm very typical Montmartre street this studio is ideal for a couple.
The apartment is very close to the Sacred Heart Basilica and to the singular Butte Montmartre, where are many sorts of typical shops, restaurants, bars, and also painters and caricaturists working in the open air. While walking in Montmartre, another option is to visit the museums: Espace Salvador Daly, Museum of the old Montmartre, Musee d'art naif. Few blocks to the South is the Pigalle area known for the French typical show houses.
This 25m2 studio is located on the ground floor of an early 20th century walk-up building. It is protected with a security system; there are metallic shutters on the windows and an armored entry door. The apartment is northwest exposed and gives onto a calm courtyard. There are original beams everywhere in the apartment. The 22m2 main room is divided into a living room on one side and an open kitchen on the other side.
The living room has a beige carpet on the floor and two windows with bright black out drapes giving on the courtyard. It is decorated with a double sofa bed (140 wide), a coffee table with glass on the top, two modern garden type chairs, and sets of shelves with a cable TV (about ten channels), and a stereo. There are also paintings on the walls which are recovered by glazed wood. On the other side of the room you will find the open kitchen and dinning area. It has tiled floors, and is decorated with a dining table with two chairs, a contemporary wooden chest of drawers and a halogen lamp. The open kitchen is equipped with a small fridge, a ceramic sink, a microwave, and two electric burners. There is also a water boiler and all the necessary utensils placed in the diverse cupboards.
The bathroom has recently been remodeled but has kept white painted beams on the ceiling and old stones. It is all tiled and there is a window. It is fitted out with a shower, a nice washbasin surmounted by a mirror with two lamps. WC is in the bathroom as well as the washing machine, a little infrared heating system and a little cane piece of furniture with drawers.
The nearest metro stations are Chateau-Rouge (line 4) and Lamarck Caulaincourt (line 12).
