One Bedroom Apartment with A/C in Auteuil-Passy District

This one bedroom apartment is situated between the Rue de La Fontaine and Rue Gros, in a quiet neighborhood of Passy-Auteuil.
Offering the amenities of central Paris such as excellent food shops, numerous fashionable stores, many restaurants, cafes, and cinemas this selected mostly residential area borders the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne, an ideal place for an agreeable stroll amongst the trees and along the lakes. In ten to fifteen minutes distance by metro are the Trocadero neighborhood and the Eiffel Tower, as well as the Place de l'Etoile and Champs Elysees. Street markets on the Rue de La Fontaine are abundant with fresh produce and local specialties.
This one bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor of an exceptional stone and brick building designed and built in 1911 by the famous French architect, Hector Guimard. This building and others nearby, also designed by Guimard, are considered to be landmarks of French Art Nouveau Style architectural examples of the turn of the century.
There is an Intercom at the main gate into the building connected directly to the apartment. This building is equipped with a modern elevator, operated by remote control for security.
The apartment is 40m2. The entrance hall, which is decorated with a mirror, a console and a linen closet, opens into the living room and the bedroom through glass doors with white drapes. A rug decorates the wooden floor.
The apartment has air conditioning.
The 15m2 living room has views overlooking the street and Northeast exposure. It is furnished with a sofa bed (140 wide), a small coffee table, a hand set telephone, an armchair, a folding dining table with two chairs and a large gilded mirror. The wooden floor is decorated with a rug. On the shelves below the mirror there is a mini stereo and on either side built in shelves with doors provide storage room. The walls are painted in white.
A large French window, which is decorated with black out drapes, leads to the terrace with its cast iron Art Nouveau style balustrade. A table and two chairs decorate this exterior space planted with flowers and green plants. The window has metallic shutters.
The bedroom is 15m2 and is furnished with a bed (140 wide), two side tables with two reading lamps, a ceiling lamp, a gilded mirror, a free standing wooden hanging closet and a small chest of drawers with combined TV/VCR unit and cable connection unit.
The large French window opens to the terrace and is decorated with white curtains and on the exterior has metallic shutters. The floors are wood and the walls are painted in white.
The ADSL is available for your internet needs.
The kitchen is renovated with wooden elements and has a window above the sink overlooking the courtyard. Venetian shades are installed on the inside of this window. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave oven, a combined electrical unit with 4 burners, an oven and dishwasher, a toaster, and a ceramic white sink. The floor is covered with red and white tiles.
The bathroom has a window, a small tub with wall-mounted showerhead, a sink with mirrors and a toilet. The floors are covered with red and white tiles.
Smokers and pets are not accepted.
The closest metro station is Jasmin (line 9) and the RER (line C) Kennedy-Radio France.
