This 70 m2 one bedroom is situated between rue de la Pompe and Avenue de Boulainvilliers.
This residential street is situated in one of the most selected areas of Paris, very near the Trocadero Place and esplanade from where is the best view of the unique Tour Eiffel built more than 100 years ago on the beautiful Champs de Mars. The majestic Arc de Triomphe placed in the middle of the famous Place de l'Etoile is in a short distance.
In fifteen to twenty minutes distance by walk you can also go in the wide and beautiful Bois de Boulogne.
Northwest exposed this antique decorated apartment is located on the 1st French floor of an Hausmanian building (19th century) with elevator, having a concierge, a security code, and an intercom system. It is ideal for a couple.
At first you enter in a hallway where is the separate toilet. On your left hand side is the 25-m2 living room. On your right hand side is a corridor, which leads to the bathroom, the kitchen and the bedroom.
All walls are white painted. There is wall to wall carpet everywhere except in the kitchen, the bathroom and the separate toilet.
There are shutters in every room.
