Located between Carrefour de la Croix Rouge and rue des Saints Peres, in the heart of the Saint Germain quarter and a walking distance from all main schools and universities.
The flat is a few minutes away from the renowned Boulevard Saint Germain, the ravishing Luxembourg Garden, the Seine River, and most of the monuments and points of interest. Also, in the neighborhood there are excellent quality services such as fine bakeries, selected supermarkets, and the well-known daily Buci open air market.
