The rental apartment can be found in the 6th Arrondissement at Rue de Grenelle between Carrefour de la Croix Rouge & Rue St Peres on the 5th floor (considered 6th floor in the U.S.) of a walk-up Haussmannian building with southern exposure.

This apartment features eclectic furnishings and hardwood flooring throughout. The living area is furnished lightly with a full sized sofa bed and a desk. There is a closet for ample storage as well. The open kitchen is equipped with stove top and a microwave for your convenience. The separate WC and shower are located outside the apartment in the hallway and are shared with the next door tenants.

Saint-Germain-des-Prés is a lively neighborhood on the Left Bank of the Seine River. Known for its quaint atmosphere, this neighborhood draws many visitors thanks to its small cafés, antique stores, and high-end boutiques.
