Charming bright studio close to the Louvre
|
Located between Les Halles and la Place des Victoires, this calm and just refurbish studio is a few steps away from the jardin du Palais Royal.
Excellent location, close to Chatelet les Halles, to the Louvre Museum, Place des Victoires and the Jardins du Palais Royal. It takes a few minutes to go to the Seine River and the nice Jardin des Tuileries. This live area abounds in restaurants, cafes, and diverse shops. All the services can be found, such as the famous Rue Montorgueil market, and supermarkets.
The 18-m² studio is situated on the 4th floor of a 17th century walk up building. A security system protects the main entrance gate. The apartment faces the street with a northeast exposure. It has white-painted walls and there is tiled floor everywhere. The corridor witch leads to the studio door has windows faces the calm courtyard and armchairs with plants where tenant can take their coffee or discuss.
The studio is divided in two stories. On the ground floor are the living room, the kitchen, and the shower room.
The entry door opens on a small hallway, which leads to the living room in front and the shower room on the left-hand side.
On the first floor (mezzanine), above the kitchen and the bathroom, is the bedroom.
The 13m² living room has two windows. It is furnished with a dining table, a (140 cm wide) sofa bed, a coffee table, shelves, a fireplace, a stereo with cd player, dvd player, and a TV.
The bedroom area has a double size bed (140 cm wide) , which is set up on the floor of a mezzanine. There is a little window with curtains facing the outside corridor.
Storage space :
There is a small closet where clothes can be hung as well as two big baskets and a bookcase. A luggage can be put under the bed.
The open eat-in kitchen has a window. It is equipped with a small fridge, two electric burners, a combo with microwave and grill oven, a cooker hood, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a stainless steel sink.
The shower room has a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, a shower with plastic curtain and a toilet.
The nearest metro station is Louvre Rivoli (line 1),les Halles (line 4) and Chatelet (Ligne 1,4,14,7,11).
