Situated between Boulevard Saint Germain and Quai Voltaire in Paris, this furnished one-bedroom apartment is central and quiet. It borders the historical district of Saint Germain des Pres with its elegant, trendy streets; it is known for its many stylish fashion shops, antique shops, art galleries, sophisticated and traditional restaurants, pubs and cinemas. It is also a few steps away from the very French Bon Marché department store, the Rodin and Maillol Museums and the Invalides. This accommodation is also a few minutes away from the Seine, the majestic Louvre and the adjoining Jardin des Tuileries.
Premises:
This 70m² (approx. 750 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor of a 1960s building with an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall where a second door with an intercom opens into a corridor leading to the staircase and elevator.
The apartment has hard wood floors except in the bathroom and the kitchen where there is tiled floors.
The apartment entrance opens into a hall linking the living room, the bathroom, the separate toilette, the kitchen and the bedroom. The dining room is accessible through the bedroom or the entrance. The hall has two large equipped walked-in closets.
The 30m² (approx. 320 sq. ft.) living room has a window and a bay window with southern exposure, and a pleasant balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa, some antique-style armchairs, a coffee table, a large bookshelf with a stereo and a cable TV with a flat screen, and two antique-style chests of drawers.
The living room leads to the 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) bedroom, which has French doors and southern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size bed, two bedside tables, a chest of drawers and an armchair.
The 14m² (approx 145 sq ft) dining room is furnished with a dining table that can sit up to 6 people and a chest of drawers.
The separate kitchen has a window and is equipped with four gas burners topped by a cooker hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator, a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. There is also a small dining table with chairs.
The separate bathroom has a bathtub with a wall mounted showerhead, a washbasin and a towel dryer.
There is a separate toilette with a washbasin.
There is also a washer-dryer.
Heat and hot water are both collective.
A Wifi Internet connection is also available.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Rue du Bac (line 12).
