Spacious and nicely located three bedroom apartment

Neighborhood: This spacious and cozy 95m2 (approx. 1,020 sq. ft.) three-bedroom apartment is located a few steps away from L'Ecole Militaire and its big park and close to Le Pont de l'Alma and the Eiffel Tower, which can be seen from one of the bedroom windows. This elegant part of Paris offers a lot of shops, cafes, restaurants, and open markets. The apartment is very near the American Church of Paris, situated near Quai d'Orsay, and the pedestrian Rue de Clerc, where there are pastries and cheeses. Along the banks of the Seine are places for walking and cycling. Premises: The apartment is located on the second floor of a 19th century building with a herbaceous and private courtyard. The main entrance gate is protected by an intercom. There is a concierge and an elevator as well. There are ceilings with molding, pale yellow walls, a wood floor, and shutters everywhere in the apartment. It is east/west situated. Layout: The apartment opens into an entry leading to the large 50m2 (approx. 535 sq. ft.) living room and dining room, followed by a long corridor. On each side are the two bedrooms, the two bathrooms, the open eat-in kitchen and the separate toilets. The living room has three windows facing the courtyard and is decorated with a sofa, two armchairs, a coffee table, an antique desk, a standing lamp, a TV with a DVD player, a desk, and a decorative fireplace. The dining room is furnished with a table and six chairs, a piano, a decorative fireplace and lamps. The first 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window offering a view of the courtyard and is furnished with a double bed (140 wide), two bedside tables with reading lamps, and a large wardrobe with mirrors. The 10m² second bedroom has a window, a desk and a double-size bed. The 10m² third bedroom has a window and is fitted with a single bed, a desk and a chair. The eat-in kitchen is all tiled, has a window, and a dining table with two chairs and two stools; it is equipped with a combo refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, five gas burners, an electric oven, a stainless steel sink, and a toaster. Near the kitchen is a hall with a large utensil closet. There is also a washing machine. The first bathroom, entirely marbled, has a window, a bathtub, a wall-mounted showerhead, and a washbasin with a mirror. The second bathroom, accessible from the first bedroom, is tiled, has a shower cabin with a wall-mounted showerhead and a washbasin with a mirror. Both bathrooms have hot racks for drying clothes. There are two independent toilets with small washbasins in the apartment. The nearest metro stations are Alma Marceau (line 9) and Pont de l'Alma (line RER C).
