Calm and bright apartment in the lively place of Montparnasse
|
This one bedroom apartment is situated in quiet area of Paris, in a little street. It is near Montparnasse, where there are a lot of shops, restaurants, cinemas and a huge shopping center, close to the highest skyscraper of Tour du Maine or also called Tour Montparnasse. Within a 10-minute walk, you can go to theater such as Theatre de la Gaite Montparnasse, Théâtre Bobino, or Théâtre Montparnasse, which are very famous.
This calm and bright apartment is located on the sixth floor facing Northeast/Southwest, in a well-maintained building from the beginning of the century. There is an elevator, two security door systems and a French doorman (concierge). It is on the courtyard size. It has white walls, mouldings, nice rugs and wooden floor.
This 50m2 flat is divided as follows:
- The living room has a dining table, chairs, a little bookcase, a decorative fireplace and paintings. There are also evergreens, a mirror and a French window with a little balcony.
- The bedroom has a queen size bed, a painting, a large golden framed mirror, a decorative fireplace, a French window, curtains and rug.
A corridor leads first to the separate toilet then to the kitchen. The bathroom is accessible through the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with four gas burners stove, a microwave, a traditional gas oven, a refrigerator/freezer and a washing machine.
- The bathroom has a small tub with shower, a washbasin.
Electricity, gas & telephone to be paid by tenant according to use.
There is cable available if required. Cable subscription to be paid by tenant.
