One bedroom apartment in the Marais

Located between Bd. Beaumarchais and Place des Vosges.
Oldest square of Paris, the Royal Place des Vosges was originally named the Place Royale, which construction between 1605 and 1612 was decided by Henry IV the king. At the floor level number of harmonious arcades surround the square, all made in red brick and stone facings. The center south and north gateways were respectively the kings and queens pavilions. Here lived many historical personalities such as the world famous novelist, Victor Hugo, at number 6 - now a museum - Maison de Victor Hugo. Many museums, art galleries, selected restaurants, and pleasant cafes are easily found in this area. In a 10 minutes walking distance is the Bastille Place, symbol of the French Republic, and in a short distance by metro, all other important points of interest.
Located on the 3rd french floor of an 18th century walk-up building having a security system, this cosy 32m2 one bedroom apartment is northeast exposed and faces the street.
It has white walls, a wall-to-wall carpet, and ceiling genuine exposed beams, and curtains garnishing the French windows opening to the street side.
Design pieces of furniture such as a 140 cm wide double sofa bed, a rectangular adjustable table (coffee or dining table), and a design large single seat touches up the 20m2 living room, where also are a satellite TV, four chairs, a combo fridge and freezer beside the open kitchen's counter, and a prepaid card mobile telephone. It is enlightened by two windows, one of them opening to a small balcony.
The kitchen space is equipped with two electric burners, an electric oven, a microwaves oven, a coffee maker, a toaster, a combo washing-drying machine, shelves, a cupboard below the double ceramic sinks, and a small window.
At the bottom of the living room, the 10m2 bedroom is furnished with a 160cm double bed, a closet, and a wall lamp. There is a French window garnished with curtains overlooking the street.
Across the bedroom, to the right side, the white tiled bathroom encloses a bathtub with a wall-mounted showerhead, a washbasin with a mirror above and cabinet below, and toilet.
The nearest metro stations are Bastille (line 1, 5 and 8), and Chemin Vert (line8).
