This one bedroom apartment is located in a quiet street of the Port Royal district. It is a the crossing between the Quartier Latin area and the thirteen arrondissement, a parisian traditional neighborhood developed around Place d'Italie, the two most important points of interest are - Gobelins street, where king Louis XIV set up in 1667 the Royal Crown pieces of furniture' manufacture, still producing tapestries for the National Furniture, it was famous all around Europe in the 18th century, but the existing building dates from 1914 -, and - Choisy Avenue, where start the Asian district, the widest of Europe -. In a few metro stations distance are the Seine River, the Bastille Place, and the Quartier Latin with its Jardin des Plantes (Paris Botanical Garden), and Mouffetard open air market, as well as the new François Miterrand National Library. On the boulevard du Port Royal is a nice open-air market and the Gobelins is at a short walking distance with its diverse sorts of restaurants, cafes, cinemas, and convenience shops.

This one bedroom apartment is situated at the fourth floor of a seven floors 1920's building. It has an elevator, a security system as well as a concierge.

There are all necessary utensils and decorative items (paintings & pictures).

The toilets have white painted walls, a beige linoleum floor, a small window above the toilet and pictures on the walls.

The bathroom has white painted walls, with some tiled parts (white & blue tiles)and a tiled floor. There is a window with white net curtains. There is a bathtub, a washbasin surmounted by a shelf and a mirror, a cane armchair and a metal sideboard table.

The office room has white painted walls, a wall to wall blue carpet and a window with white net curtains. It is separated from the living-room by a French window.

It is furnished with a single size sofa bed, a stereo system, a extendable dining table, three red and metal folding chairs, a wooden desk, a set of wooden bookshelves, a telephone, paintings lamps and decorative items.

The living-room has white painted walls, a wall to wall blue carpet and a window with white net curtains. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a wooden coffee table, a set of wooden bookshelves, a wooden chest of drawers, a red metal sideboard table, paintings, lamps and decorative items.

The bedroom has white painted walls, a wall to wall blue carpet and a window with white net curtains. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table surmounted by a lamp, a little black wooden table, a cane armchair, a leather pouffe and a bigger one next to it. There are lamps, pictures and few decorative items. There is a phone jack as well.

The nearest metro station is Port Royal (RER B).
