An elegant studio in Mouffetard Street
|
This studio is located in the heart of the 5th Arrondissement, on the Rue Moufffetard one of the most typical street of Paris with its cafes, restaurants and open market, which provides all French specialties such as fresh baguettes and pastries, unique cheeses, seafood, choice fruits, and vegetables. Furthermore, it is ideally situated near the world famous live district, the Quartier Latin and some other important points of interest such as the Cluny Museum, the Pantheon, the Sorbonne University, the Botanical Garden. All around there are selected restaurants and cafes, supermarkets, and other convenience stores.
This apartment is located on the ground floor in a well-maintained walk-up building with a view on a charming paved courtyard. The access is protected by a digicode security system.
This studio has white painted walls and a brown tiled floor. The two windows open on the quiet courtyard. There are protected by yellow curtains and white shutters.
The layout is as followed.
The entry door opens on a hallway. The little kitchen is on the left and straight ahead is the living/sleeping room. The bathroom can be accessed by the living room.
The decorative fireplace and the old fashion tiled floor give an antique aspect, but the contemporary furniture and the modern way of the kitchen and bathroom break this impression. This mix of atmosphere gives an original style to this apartment.
The living room is both convenient and stylish. It is furnished with a double bed, two white armchairs on both sides of the bed, a round glass dining table with two elegant matching chairs, chest of drawers, little glass table and TV. There is also a built-in closet.
This room is decorated with a large mirror, a dark round rug, lamps and some pictures on the walls.
The kitchen is small but well arranged. The floor is tiled in brown and the walls in black; the furniture has a gray color. It is equipped with a small refrigerator, two vitro-ceramic burners, a microwave oven, a coffee maker and a stainless-steel sink.
The bathroom has a brown tiled floor and the walls are painted in gray. The shower is tiled in white and has a white plastic curtain. There is a washbasin surmounted by a mirror, and a toilet.
This apartment is ideal for discovering the lively Mouffetard street and the famous neighborhood.
The nearest metro station is Censier Daubenton Line 7.
