This apartment is located in one of the most attractive and historic areas found on the Left Bank. It is located in the center of Saint Germain-des-Pres on the Boulevard Saint-Germain between Carrefour de l'Odeon and rue Dupuytren. Once synonymous with a more bohemian literary lifestyle, the Saint-Germain of today is an upbeat area filled with cafes, restaurants, cinemas and fashion shops.

This 29m² studio apartment is located on the second floor of a walk-up building typical of those built in the 1930's. The main entrance gate is protected by a security code.

The entrance door opens into a hallway which leads on the left to the living / sleeping room and on the right to a separate toilette. The kitchen is accessible thru the living room and the bathroom is located behind the kitchen.

The metro station is in front of the building (Odeon, line 4, 10). The closest direct fast train (RER B) from Charles-de-Gaulles airport or Orly airport is Saint Michel.
