One-bedroom apartment just steps from the Arc de Triomphe

Neighborhood: This prestigious address is just a few minutes away from the Seine River and is situated just steps from the majestic Arc de Triomphe and the famous Avenue des Champs-Elysees. There is also a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower from the nearby Place du Trocadero. The neighborhood offers a variety of fashion shops, as well as many traditional and sophisticated restaurants and cafes. Premises: This 85m² (approx. 910 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the sixth floor (seventh in the USA) of a 20th century building equipped with an elevator. An intercom and a concierge protect the main entrance gate, which opens onto a corridor leading to the elevator. Layout: The entrance door opens into a hall which leads to the living room and the open kitchen on the left. On the right is the bathroom with a toilet and then the bedroom. The terrace is accessible through the living room and the bedroom. The 50m² (approx. 535 sq. ft.) living room has two French windows and two bay windows overlooking the street with a southern exposure. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, two sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with four matching chairs, a home theater, a stereo, a TV, a phone, a closet and some shelves. The open kitchen has one window overlooking the terrace. It is equipped with four gas burners, a refrigerator, a freezer, a combo washer/dryer, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave oven and a toaster. The 18m² (approx. 190 sq. ft.) bedroom has one French window overlooking the street with a western exposure. It is furnished with a king-size bed, a bedside table with a lamp, a chest of drawers, a portable wardrobe and some shelves. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and showerhead, two washbasins, a toilet and closets. There is a walk-in closet in the hallway containing an iron, an ironing board and a vacuum cleaner. The nearest metro station is Argentine (line 1). Heat and hot water use collective heating.
