Neighborhood:
In this neighborhood are the Eiffel Tower and the splendid Champ de Mars with its beautiful floral gardens; it is also a few steps away from the Seine River. Opposite, beyond the river, Trocadero Place shows the Palais de Chaillot, built for the International Exhibition in 1937; it houses the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum and the Mankind Museum, as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion and convenience shops, as well as select restaurants and cafes, are in the area.
Premises:
This 14m˛ (approx. 150 sq. ft.) studio apartment with a northwestern exposure is located on the first floor of a 20th century building equipped with an elevator. A coded security system and a concierge protect the main entrance gate, which opens onto a courtyard leading to the building.
Layout:
The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen. To the left are the bathroom and the toilet.
The 11m˛ (approx. 115 sq. ft.) living room has one window overlooking the courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a closet, a flat screen TV, a small dining table and shelves.
The open kitchen has two vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator, an oven, a combo microwave/grill oven, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The bathroom has a shower, a toilet and a washbasin.
The nearest metro station is Pont de l'Alma (RER C).
Heat and hot water use collective heating.
