Centrally Located two-bedroom Apartment near The Opera

Neighborhood:
This apartment is situated in a commercial area with plenty of diverse stores, restaurants and cafes. It is not far from the Opéra Garnier, built between 1862 and 1875, which is the largest theatre for lyric opera in the world. It is also the most typical monument from the era of Napoleon III.
Moreover, near this apartment are the Grands Boulevards that are lined with 19th century buildings and used to be the center of "café" and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries. They offer restaurants, bars, and the most renowned and elegant Parisian department stores, markets, and cinemas as well as other essential shops and services.
Premises:
This 29m² (approx. 310 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the third floor (fourth in the USA) of a 17th century walk-up building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system. The apartment has a southern exposure and exposed ceiling beams in each room.
Layout:
The entrance door opens directly into the living room with the open kitchen. On the left, a door gives access to the bathroom. The bedroom is accessible through the living room to the right.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glaze windows overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a stool, two chairs and a folding dining table. There is also a built-in closet with sliding doors.
The open kitchen has a combo electric stove (burners and oven), dishwasher, a microwave oven, a combo washer/dryer and a small refrigerator.
The 12m² (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has a window overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a desk, a chest of drawers and a TV.
The tiled bathroom has a shower cabin, a washbasin and a toilet.
The apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner, an iron and an ironing board.
The nearest metro station is Cadet (line 7).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
