Neighborhood:

Located in the Second Arrondissement of Paris close to Les Halles and Etienne Marcel, this studio apartment is in the the famous Montorgueil pedestrian area, with its large choice of quality food products, restaurants and cafes, as well as other services. It is also short walking distance to main points of interest such as the Seine, Notre Dame, the unique Ile Saint Louis, and to the majestic Louvre. It is also near the Beaubourg-Pompidou Centre-Museum of Modern Art and the large underground mall of Les Halles.

Premises:

This 20m² studio apartment with a southern exposure is located on the fifth floor (sixth in the USA) of a 17th century walk-up building. A coded security system protects the main entrance gate.

Layout:

The entrance door opens into the living room and the open kitchen; to the left are the bathroom and toilet.

The living room has one window facing the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with two matching chairs, a stereo, a TV, a DVD player, a closet, a vacuum cleaner, an iron, and some shelves.

The open eat-in kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic burners, a refrigerator/freezer, a washing machine, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a washbasin.

The nearest metro station is Sentier (L3).

Heat and hot water are both electric and individually metered.
