This apartment, in a residential neighborhood, is centrally located in the lively area of Commerce with transportation facilities just a short distance away. The neighborhood is close to the Eiffel Tower, which was built for the 1889 World Exhibition. On one side it faces the splendid Champ de Mars and beautiful floral gardens, and on the other side, beyond the Seine River, is Trocadero Place where the Palais de Chaillot houses the Cinema Museum, the Marine Museum, and the Mankind Museum, as well as an esplanade offering an impressive view of the Eiffel Tower. All sorts of fashion shops, conveniences, fine restaurants and cafes are in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 47m˛ (approx. 505 sq. ft.) one-bedroom duplex apartment is located on the fifth and top floor of a 1990s building; it has an elevator that reaches the fourth floor. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a corridor leading to a second door protected by an intercom. The apartment has a northern exposure.
The 16m˛ (approx. 170 sq. ft.) living room has two double-glazed windows overlooking the street and offering a view of the Eiffel Tower. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, two armchairs and some decorative items. It has a parquet floor.
The tiled open kitchen is stylish in a contemporary way. It is equipped with four induction burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator/freezer, a combo microwave/grill oven, a dishwasher, a toaster and a coffee maker.
The 17m˛ (approx. 180 sq. ft.) bedroom has a skylight with a blind and wall-to-wall carpeting. It is furnished with a double-size bed, a bedside table, shelves, four built-in cabinets, a chest of drawers and a combo TV/VCR.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
There is also a separate toilet located on the first floor. Close to that is a walk-in closet with a washing machine.
The nearest metro stations are Duplex (line 6) and La Motte Picquet (lines 6,8,10).
Heat and hot water are electric and are individually metered.
