Studio apartment in the Montorgueil area

Neighborhood:
This apartment is located in the very central Montorgueil pedestrian and open market area, which encloses one of the oldest streets in the city. It is very close to main points of interest such as the Georges Pompidou cultural center, the Louvre, Notre Dame and St. Eustache Church.
Be aware that this apartment is located in the Red Lights District
Premises
This 27m² (approx. 290 sq. ft.) studio apartment, with its exposed stone wall and high ceilings, is located on the third floor (fourth in the USA) of an 18th century walkup building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system.
The 15m² (approx. 160 sq. ft.) main room has two double-glazed windows with a western exposure opening onto the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a sofa, a dining table with three chairs, a closet and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electrics burners, a microwave and a refrigerator.
The bathroom has a washbasin, a toilet, a bathtub with a showerhead and a washing machine.
The nearest metro station is Réaumur Sébastopol (line 3). The RER station Chatelet les Halles is a 10 min walk from the apartment.
Heat and hot water are electric and individually metered.
