Located between Rue des Dames and Rue de la Condamine, this furnished studio apartment is a few steps away from the green Park Monceau and its lovely gates. This avenue is part of a very select and privileged area of Paris that is three metro stations away from the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxurious shops, the famous Parisian department stores and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around the accommodation there are diverse shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets with the renowned Rue de Levis and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 17m² (approx. 180 sq. ft.) studio apartment is located on the sixth floor of a 20th century building that has seven stories and an elevator. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a large hall where the staircase and elevator are located.
The entrance door opens into a hall, which has a large built-in closet and leads to the main room.
The 13m² (approx. 135 sq. ft.) main room has a window with western exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a small double-size sofa bed, a desk and chair, a closet, a console with a TV, a DVD player and VCR, and a stereo.
Internet access is available.
This main room has a separate kitchen, which is equipped with two electric plates, a small refrigerator, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The kitchen opens into the bathroom, which is separated by a sliding door.
This bathroom has a shower with a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilette.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Villier (line 3).
