One-bedroom apartment in Etoile area

Neighborhood:
The world famous Place de l'Etoile with the majestic Arc de Triomphe, and the beautiful Champs Elysees Avenue are within walking distance of this furnished apartment. Other important points of interests such as the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower are about 10 minutes away from this accommodation by metro or by car. In the opposite direction, to the west, is La Defense, the largest center of commercial activity in Paris and Europe. Surrounding this area is a shopping center with a number of fashion shops, restaurants, cafes, and cinemas, as well as other services.
Premises:
This 32m˛ (approx. 340 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment in located on the ground floor of an 18th century walk-up building. The entrance gate, protected by a coded security system, opens into a hall leading to a courtyard. A second gate, also with an intercom, opens into a corridor leading to the apartment.
The apartment entrance opens into the living room and the open kitchen, which leads to the bedroom and its private bathroom.
The 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed window with western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs, a decorative trunk and some built-in bookshelves containing a TV and a stereo.
The open kitchen is equipped with two vitro ceramic plates topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator, a microwave/oven, a toaster, a coffee maker and a kettle. There is also a combo washer/dryer.
The 15m˛ (approx. 160 sq. ft.) bedroom has a double-glazed window with western exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double-size bed and a large mirrored built-in closet.
The bedroom has a private bathroom, which has a washbasin, a shower with a showerhead, a toilette, a towel dryer and a closet.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station are Ternes (line 2) and Charles de Gaulle Etoile (lines 1,2,6 RER A).
