Studio apartment close to the Luxembourg

Neighborhood:
Neighboring the splendid Luxembourg Garden, this furnished apartment is on a mostly residential street in the Quartier Latin, one of the most youthful areas of Paris. This accommodation is a few steps from the Pantheon, a secular temple holding the remains of some of the great names of France (i.e., Victor Hugo, Alexandre Dumas, Emile Zola, Marie and Pierre Curie). It is also in fair walking distance to the Sorbonne as well as the Seine with its traditional secondhand booksellers and delectable islands. All around the area there are restaurants and cafes, diverse shops, and other quality conveniences such as the Maubert Mutualité and Mouffetard open-air markets, supermarkets, and fine bakeries.
Premises:
This 26m² (approx. 275 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the garden level of a 20th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system that opens into a corridor leading to the staircase and the garden.
The apartment entrance opens directly into the open kitchen on the right and the bedroom on the left.
The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) bedroom is tiled and has a window in the dining area. It contains two bedside tables, two lights, a closet and a flat screen cable TV.
An wireless high speed internet connection is available.
The open kitchen is equipped with double induction burners topped by a cooker hood, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee maker and a toaster. The dining area is furnished with a dining table and two chairs.
The bathroom has a shower with a glass door. There is also a washbasin, a mirror, a towel dryer and a linen closet. It is equipped with a washer/dryer.
Heat and hot water are eletric.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest RER station is Luxembourg (RER B) and the nearest metro station is Cluny Sorbonne (line 10).
