This furnished apartment is between rue de Prony and rue de Tocqueville. A short distance away are the green Park Monceau and its nice gates. This avenue is part of a very select and privileged area and just a short distance from the well-known Place de l'Etoile and the famous Avenue des Champs Elysees. Also not far are the sophisticated Avenue Montaigne with its luxury shops, and the superb Place de la Concorde. All around this accommodation are diverse shops, traditional and celebrated restaurants, cafes, cinemas, open-air markets, and supermarkets.
Premises:
This 55m2 (approx. 590 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a well-maintained building from the 20th century; it is equipped with an elevator and a security system leading to a hall.
The 18m˛ (approx.190 sq. feet) living room has a parquet floor and a sliding French door leading to a balcony overlooking the street with a southeastern exposure. It is furnished with a sofa bed, an armchair, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs, a stereo, a DVD player/VCR, and a desk and chair.
The 12m˛ (approx. 125 sq. ft.) bedroom has a parquet floor and a sliding French window with shutters with the same exposure as the living room. It is furnished with a king-size bed, two bedside tables, a closet and a TV. The balcony is accessible via the sliding French door.
The kitchen is tiled and there are two windows overlooking the courtyard. It is equipped four gas burners, an oven, a kettle, a refrigerator and a congelator. There is also a dining table with two chairs.
The bathroom is tiled and contains a bathroom with a showerhead, a bidet, and a washbasin with a mirror.
Heat and hot water use fuel are collective.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro stations are Wagram, Malesherbes (line 3) and Monceau (line 2).
