Ideally located between Avenue Friedland and Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris, this furnished apartment is only a few steps away from prestigious addresses like Fouquet's, Hotel Georges V, and the Golden Triangle encompassing Avenue Georges V, Avenue Montaigne, and the Champs-Elysées.
The Champs-Elysées Avenue is one of the most renowned and beautiful avenues in Paris and the entire world. At one end is the Arc de Triomphe, built from 1806 to 1836 under Napoleon Bonaparte in honour of his victories. At the other end is the Place de la Concorde with its historic obelisk. The entire district abounds with points of interest, luxury shops, gourmet restaurants, gorgeous coffee terraces, and all sorts of convenience stores only a short walk from this accommodation. Other significant nearby sights include the Louvre and the Eiffel Tower (about ten minutes away by bus or metro).
Premises:
This elegant 44m² (approx. 474 sq. ft.) one-bedroom apartment is located on the fourth floor of a Haussmannian building. The main entrance gate with an intercom opens into a hall that gives access to the staircase and old-fashioned elevator.
The apartment faces the street with a northern exposure.
The 14m² (approx. 151 sq. ft.) living room has a double-glazed door with exterior shutters that opens onto a small balcony overlooking the street. It is furnished with a leather sofa, a coffee table, an armchair, and a console holding a flat screen television and a DVD-player. There is also a portable Air Conditioner.
The open kitchen has a bar area and is equipped with an induction plate topped with a cooker hood, a small dishwasher, a combination oven/microwave, a small refrigerator, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, and a combination washing machine/dryer.
The 15m² (approx. 161 sq. ft.) bedroom also has a double-glazed door that opens onto a balcony. It is furnished with a queen-size bed, bedside tables and a large walk-in closet.
The windowed bathroom is fitted with a shower, a washbasin and a toilet.
The owner provides a vacuum cleaner, an iron, an ironing board, and a cellular phone.
Heat and hot water are combined in the building.
For convenient travel around Paris, the nearest metro station is Georges V.
