Neighborhood: Located between « Rue La Fayette » and « Boulevard de Bonne Nouvelle » this furnished apartment is located in a lively area of Paris with all the necessary services, restaurants, and cafes. A few steps away are the Grands Boulevards, lined with 19th century buildings that used to be the center of café and theatre life in the 18th and 19th centuries; the area abounds with fashion shops and entertainment such as theaters and cinemas. In a few minutes walking distance is the Opéra Garnier, and a little farther is the beautiful Place Vendome and the Louvre. Premises: This 97m² (approx 1045 sq. ft.) two-bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor of a 20th century building with an elevator. The main entrance gate is protected by a coded security system and opens into a hall with a second door protected by an intercom which leads to the staircase. The entry door opens on a small hallway, which leads on the right-hand side to the bathroom and separate toilet and on the left-hand side to the kitchen. The living room is straight ahead and it gives access to bedrooms. The 35m² (approx. 375 sq. ft.) living room has two windows (with curtains) and a view on the street. It is furnished with 2 sofas, some modern-style armchairs, a coffee table, some shelves and a piano. It is also equipped with a cable TV, a stereo and a DVD player. The 20m² (approx. 215 sq. ft.) first bedroom has a double glazed window with curtains and a view on the street. It is furnished with a double-size sofa bed, a bedside table, a cupboard and shelves. The 13m² (approx. 140 sq. ft.) second bedroom has a double glazed window with a view on a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size bed, a bedside table and a small cupboard. The open kitchen has 2 windows. It is equipped with 4 vitroceramic plates topped by an exaust fan, a side by side refrigerator, a freezer, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a toaster and a kettle. There is also a bar with 6 stools. The bathroom has a washbasin, a shower and a bathtub. Next to this room, there is a laundry with a washing machine, a dryer and a built in closet. Internet access is available. Heat and hot water are electric and individual. The nearest metro station is Poissonniere or Cadet (line 7).
