A two bedroom apartment in the Marais
|
This two-bedroom apartment is centrally located. It takes a few minutes to walk to the Centre Georges Pompidou, which is dedicated to displaying and promoting modern and contemporary art. Not far, you have the Carnavalet Museum or the Place des Vosges. There is also « Les Halles » where you can find all kinds of shops. By metro and bus, you can go, in only a few minutes, to the Palais du Louvre and the Saint-Louis Island.
The 85 m² (approx. 915 sq.ft.) furnished apartment is located on the 5th floor of a 19th century building. The main entrance gate is protected by a digicode and opens into a hall with a glass door protected by an intercom.
The entrance' s door opens into a corridor with on the left-hand side the kitchen and the toilet, straight ahead the living room which gives access to the 1st bedroom with bathroom and on the right-hand side (by a corridor) the second bedroom with a second bathroom.
There is parquet floor everywhere except in the kitchen that has red tiles and all windows are equipped with double glazing.

The 12 m² (approx. 130 sq.ft.) second bedroom has a window with curtains, facing the courtyard. It is furnished with a single size bed and toys. The 2nd tiled bathroom has a window, a bathtub, a washbasin, a washing machine and a heated towel rack.
The kitchen has 2 windows and a dining table with 6 chairs. It is equipped with an electric oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge, a freezer, 4 electric gas burners topped by an exhaust fan, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster.
The separate toilet has a window.
Heat and hot water use gas and are individual.
Internet access is available.
The nearest metro station is Arts et Metiers (line 3).
