This furnished studio apartment is located Passage Du Génie between Boulevard Diderot and Rue du Faubourg Saint Antoine.
This apartment is near the open market, Marché d'Aligre, and not far from the historic Place de la Bastille where the Opera de Paris, considered one of the best in the world, is located. It was inaugurated for the 200th anniversary of the French Revolution. Within walking distance is the royal Place des Vosges, the city's oldest and most beautiful square, where many historic personalities have lived. Built by Henri IV, its perfect symmetry and verticality are fine examples of classic French architecture. There are many choices of restaurants, cafes, and other sorts of shops and essential services in the neighborhood.
Premises:
This 27m2 (approx 290 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the second floor of a 1900 walk up building. The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a courtyard with the staircase.
The entrance door opens into a small hall, which links the main room, the open kitchen and the bathroom.
The 14m2 (approx 150 sq ft) main room has a window with northern exposure overlooking the street. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a large built in closet, a flat screen TV, a stereo, a DVD player, a coffee table and some decorative items.
The open kitchen has a window and is equipped with four vitro-ceramic plates topped by an exhaust fan, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an oven, a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. There is also a washing machine.
There is a dining table with four chairs.
The bathroom has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin and a toilet.
A computer is also available in the apartment.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Reuilly-Diderot (line 1,8).
