Studio apartment close to the Park Monceau

This furnished studio apartment is located on Rue Cardinet between Rue Edouard Detaille and Rue de Prony.
In a short walking distance to the Arc de Triomphe, to the Champs Elysées Avenue, and to the prettiest of the Parisian parks, the Park de Monceau, surrounded by alluring gates and featuring winning gardens and paths, sculptures of renowned personalities, and small polls, this refined area is also close to two of the traditional most known open-air markets - rue Poncelet, and rue de Levis with a number of colorful and quality fruit and vegetable stallholders, as well as fashion shops, nice restaurants and cafes with or without pavement area. In this district lived the famous French poet Verlaine from 1851 to 1865 at 10, rue Nollet, and the peaceful little house at 28, rue Lemercier was the residence of the famous composer Jacques Brel.
Premises:
This 15m2 (approx 170 sq ft) studio apartment is located on the sixth floor of a XXth century walk up building.
The entrance gate protected by a coded security system opens into a corridor. Then a courtyard leads to a hall with staircase.
The 12m2 (approx 135 sq ft) main room has a window with southeastern exposure overlooking a courtyard. It is furnished with a double size sofa bed, a coffee table, a small closet, some shelves, a small dining table and stools.
The separate bathroom is located outside the apartment but is privative. It has a shower topped by a showerhead, a washbasin, a heated towel rack and a toilet. There is also a washing machine.
The open kitchen is equipped with two electric plates, a microwave, a refrigerator and a coffee maker.
Heat and hot water are both electric.
For convenient travel around Paris the nearest metro station is Wagram (line 3).
